Classroom Teacher Support

The Cain Center promotes the teaching profession and builds capacity for successful teaching and learning and offers its resources to educators to implement dynamic, research-based interventions that improve student learning and meet the teacher quality requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act. Programs and services offer practitioners a variety of opportunities to participate in activities that strengthen content knowledge and pedagogical skills.

District and School Support

In addition to assisting districts and schools in meeting legislative mandates, the Cain Center also identifies and educational resources and funds. Grant collaboration and management with schools and districts are a hallmark of the Cain Center.

Faculty Collaborations

As a result of a common focus in improving PK-16+ education opportunities, the Cain Center has been instrumental in bringing together scientists, engineers, mathematicians and educators to provide information and services that impact teacher practice and student learning.
